I always like Japanese curry, I found this Curry Sauce Mix, only 99P in B&M, worthy to try
The box looks nice Back of boxWhen I opened it, there was a container, I felt a bit strange, no sealed plastic bag outside to protect it from damp, it worries me about is it safe to use? I opened the lid, it’s curry powder, so I boiled 1 Kg of Chicken breast, 2 big Potatoes, 500g of Carrots, 3 large Onions , of course chopped them to easy to eat sizes, the water just enough to cover all the ingredients.When Potatoes were soft, means everything was cooked, then I poured some cold water mix them, so the temperature wasn’t too hot, then put all curry powder in and mix them in low heat, personally I like a bit sweet and spicy, so I added 1 tablespoon honey and a bit chilli powder, it tasted so nice.
I suggest don’t put all curry powder in once, put bit by bit to taste until the taste is you want.
So far I bought 5 boxes already, hope you enjoy it as we do.
