IKEA BRIMNES WARDROBE

I bought this wardrobe for my son’s bedroom, it’s nice but it needs a good space to build up. H 190cm x D 50cm x W 117cm

I built in my bedroom first, because I have enough space to build it, but when I finished the structure, it’s too wide, I couldn’t move to my son’s bedroom.

You need to have a space bigger than wardrobe to build it.

When I tried to move it, then horrible things happened, I DAMAGED the wardrobe

Most of the screw holes have been like this picture, some even worse, I couldn’t face it.

What can I do? IKEA won’t accept returns due to my fault, the only way is to fix it.

But how? I’ve been thinking over and over, an idea came up, maybe L brackets will do, so I ordered some L brackets on ebay.

During waiting for the L brackets to arrive, I moved all book shelves and othe stuffs from my son’s bedroom to somewhere else for keeping enough space to rebuild the wardrobe in his room.

I’m glad his room just has enough space to build it.
